I was looking for a light fruity vinaigrette for a salad and had no fresh apples, but I did have some organic frozen apple concentrate, which to my surprise worked out quite well for this recipe.
1/2 C. extra virgin olive oil (evoo)
1/8 C. apple cider vinegar
3 T. organic apple juice concentrate
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Herbamare
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Pour all ingredients in jar and shake till well combined. Transfer into cruet or salad bottle. Keep refrigerated. Be sure to label.
I do try to reuse glass bottles whenever possible. If however you’re looking for vinaigrette bottles. I love these.
