I enjoy drinking one or more fruit and vegetable smoothies every day. When I want an additional nutritional or fiber boost, I add a tablespoon or two of this seed mix .
I keep a jar in the refrigerator so its always on hand when I want it.
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup of each seed will fill a 1 quart jar.
Sunflower
Sesame
Hemp
Chia
Flax
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Pour into a jar with tight fitting lid.
3. Store in refrigerator.
