I’m always looking for dairy free milk options to add to granola, smoothies or raw food recipes. I tend to like things a little on the tart side, so you can always sweeten this drink up with dates or your favorite sweetener.
Ingredients:
¼ C. whole sesame seeds
1-1/2 C. filtered water
1-2 Medjool dates, pitted and soaked
Directions:
Pit and soak dates in warm water for 30 minutes.
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and process till smooth.
