Chocolate Almond Chia Pudding

Chia seeds pack a nutritious health punch and with this delicious chia seed pudding recipe, you can make it at home for pennies, compared to grocery store prices.

 

Ingredients:

1-1/2 C. Almond milk

3/4 C. Medjool dates, pitted

4.5 Tbsp. Chia seeds

2 1/4 Tbsp. Cacao powder

3/4 tsp. Vanilla extract

 

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients, except the chia seeds in a Vitamix blender. Blend till smooth.

2.  Stir in chia seeds.

3. Pour into bowl

4. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

5. Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight.
