I prefer light vinaigrettes over a heavier dressing and this flavorful vinaigrette is wonderful with a green or fruit salad.
1/2 C. extra virgin olive oil
1/8 C. apple cider vinegar
3 T. organic cranberry juice concentrate
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Herbamare
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Pour all ingredients in jar and shake till well combined. Transfer into cruet or salad bottle. Keep refrigerated. Be sure to label.
I always prefer to store foods in glass over plastic. I had saved some salad dressing bottles to store my dressing. If you don’t have any, these reusable jars are great for dressings and vinaigrettes.
