Jing City Chia Pudding

Chia seed pudding pods are available in many grocery stores for a pretty hefty price tag. You can easily make your own chia seed pudding at home for just pennies.

Ingredients:

1/3 C. chia seeds

1 cup Jing city **(3 Tbsp. Jing City &  1 C. hot water)

1-1/2 C. Almond Milk (or coconut milk )

3 Medjool dates, pitted

1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup

2 tsp. cacao powder

 

Instructions:

1. Heat 1 C of water to boiling. Pour into glass bowl and add 3 Tablespoons of Jing City, stir till dissolved.

2. Leave on counter and let sit for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add almond milk , 3 pitted Medjool dates, maple syrup, and cocoa into vitamix, blend for two minutes. Pour into chia seed mixture and stir till well blended.

4. Refrigerate for minimum of  3-4 hours or overnight.
