Oatmeal Protein Bites with Chocolate

Whether you call them energy bites, bliss balls or protein bites, it matters not…they all taste delicious. I love how quick and easy these are to make and I love how versatile they are. Don’t be afraid to experiment with this recipe to create your own delicious version!

 

Ingredients:

1 C. Medjool dates, pitted

1 C. Gluten free oats

1/4 C. Cacao nibs

1/4 C. Hemp Seeds

4 T. Coconut oil

 

Directions:

Place oats and dates in food processor. Mix till  ingredients are combined and crumbly.

Add in coconut oil, hemp seeds and cacao nibs.

Mix till combined and the dough sticks together when pressed in between fingers.

Scoop into balls.

 

Melt enjoy life chocolate chips and drizzle on bites. Place in refrigerator to set chocolate.
