Sesame Milk

4 to 5 cups of filtered water
1 cup sesame seeds
3 or 4 pitted, soaked dates
vanilla to taste
a pinch of sea salt

Note: Add pitted dates one at a time so you achieve your desired sweetness level. ( I usually use 1-2 depending on the size of the dates).

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender, blend on high for a minute or so, and pour through a fine sieve or nut milk bag.

After straining, if desired add fresh or frozen berries and blend again for a great milkshake!
