I love making these chocolate bites, they are incredibly versatile and ready in minutes. So whether you are looking for a protein boost, a semi-sweet dessert or a healthy snack, these a great choice.
1 C. Medjool dates
1/4 C. Cashew butter
1/4 C. Walnuts
1/4 C. Pumpkin seeds
1/4 C. Hemp Seeds
1/4 C. Sunflower seeds
1/4 C. Cacao nibs
2 Tbsp. Jing City
2 Tbsp. Cacao powder
2 Tbsp. Coconut oil
Chia seeds, cacao nibs, coconut, chopped nuts, cacao powder, hempseed, Jing City powder, chopped sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
- Place pitted dates and cashew butter in food processor. Process till smooth.
- Add in remaining ingredients and process till well blended.
- Scoop into balls and roll in your favorite toppings or enjoy as is.
Be sure to keep refrigerated. You can also shape these into bars.
