Spiced Chocolate & Coconut Milk

The addition of maca and lucuma give this protein rich chocolate drink a great nutritional boost. Maca has numerous health benefits including increasing stamina, energy, and endurance. Maca also helps to increase muscular strength, increase blood circulation, and regulate hormonal processes. Aside from being a natural sweetener Lucuma contains beta carotene, calcium, iron, protein,  vitamin B3,  and zinc. Lucuma also contains protein and trace minerals, this fruit can  also help to stabilize blood sugar. The addition of gluten free oats thickens this drink to the consistency of a milkshake.

1 C. Coconut milk

1 tsp. Lucuma

1/2 tsp. Maca

2 Tbsp. Cacao powder

2 Tbsp. Hemp seeds

1/8 tsp. Cinnamon

2 tsp. Lakanto

1/4 C. Gluten free oats
