Mocha Protein Bites

I love making these chocolate bites, they are incredibly versatile and ready in minutes.  So whether you are looking for a protein boost, a semi-sweet dessert or a healthy snack, these a great choice.


1 C. Medjool dates

1/4 C. Cashew butter

1/4 C. Walnuts

1/4 C. Pumpkin seeds

1/4 C. Hemp Seeds

1/4 C. Sunflower seeds

1/4 C. Cacao nibs

2 Tbsp. Jing City

2 Tbsp. Cacao powder

2 Tbsp. Coconut oil


Optional Toppings:

Chia seeds, cacao nibs, coconut, chopped nuts, cacao powder, hempseed, Jing City  powder, chopped sunflower or pumpkin seeds.



  1. Place pitted dates and cashew butter in food processor. Process till smooth.
  2.  Add in remaining ingredients and process till well blended.
  3. Scoop into balls and roll in your favorite toppings or enjoy as is.

Be sure to keep refrigerated. You can also shape these into bars.
