Triple Berry Smoothie

triple berry smoothie

This smoothie is super thick and rich. The addition of cherries makes this a great anti inflammatory drink .

Cherries contain fiber, carotenoids, vitamin C and anthocyanins which may play a role in cancer prevention. They also contain melatonin, which is helpful for sleep, as well as anti inflammatory compounds that are beneficial for pain, inflammation and gout.

Ingredients:

1/2 C. Strawberries

1/2 C. Blackberries

1/2 C. Cherries

4 T. Hempseeds

1/4 C. Gluten free Oats

1/4 C. Almond milk

 

Place all ingredients in Vitamix and blend till smooth and creamy.
