Aside from being used in healthful drinks, apple cider vinegar has many uses for various health issues. What’s your favorite use for apple cider vinegar.
Remove Warts– Mix one part apple cider vinegar to one part glycerin into a lotion and apply daily to warts until they dissolve.
Remove Corns-Make a poultice of one crumbled piece of bread soaked in one-quarter cup vinegar. Let poultice sit for one-half hour, then apply to the corn and tape in place overnight. If corn does not peel off by morning, reapply the poultice for several consecutive nights.
Hair Conditioner– Mix 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 3 egg whites. Rub into your hair, and keep covered for 30 minutes. Shampoo and rinse as usual.
Dandruff-Apply 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar onto your hair and massage scalp before you rinse and then shampoo as usual.
Sore Muscles– Add 2 cups apple cider vinegar to your bathwater, enjoy the soak. Rinse.
Bruises-If you’ve had a nasty slip or fall, speed up the healing process. Soak a cotton ball or gauze pad in apple cider vinegar and leave it on the injured area for an hour.
Insect Bites-Stop the itch of a mosquito bites by dabbing a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar , and dab the bite.
Poison Ivy /Poison Oak– Stop the itch by dabbing a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar, and dab the areas that itch.
Athletes Foot-Rinsing your feet three or four times a day with undiluted apple cider vinegar eases the itching. If done for a few days this simple remedy often rids the problem.
Skin Tightener- Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 2 cups of water as a finishing rinse to tighten the skin.
Sun Spots-Before you try something drastic, to remove age spots consider trying some apple cider vinegar. Dip a cotton ball in full strength apple cider vinegar and apply to spots for ten minutes, three times a day. The spots will fade or disappear within a few weeks.
