Gluten Free Nut & Seed Granola Bars

This recipe is a variation of my  Crunchy Chocolate Granola Cups, Simplified recipe, less ingredients, less work…and great taste.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Sunflower seeds

1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup Hemp seed

1/2 cup Unsweetened coconut flakes

1/4 cup  Raisins

1/4 cup Cacao nibs

Mix all ingredients in bowl and set aside.

 

In second bowl mix:
1/2 cup melted coconut oil

1/2 cup almond butter

1/8 cup maple syrup

Mix all ingredients in bowl and stir till smooth.

Pour the wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Line 8 X 8 pan with parchment paper and pour ingredients in pan, spreading evenly.
Place in freezer for an hour to set.
Remove bars from pan and cut into desired size.

Try not to eat them all at once!
