Green Smoothie Breakfast Bowl

I love the versatility of a breakfast bowl, you can top them with your favorite fruits, nuts, seeds….whatever you ‘re in the mood for.

Many recipes use banana as a base ingredient…which I can’t eat. So my version uses Mango instead. Since they are so thick when pureed it’s the perfect option.


1 Mango, peeled, pitted
1 Orange, peeled, seeded
1 Granny Smith Apple, cored
2 C. (packed) Spinach
3 Tbsp. Hemp seeds
1/4 C. Coconut water


Place all ingredients in Vitamix and puree till smooth. Pour into bowl and add your favorite toppings.  I used chia seeds, almonds, unsweetened coconut, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
