Dr. Wigmore's Energy Soup

Ann Wigmore’s Energy Soup is an incredibly easy soup to make. It also provides your body with an abundance of vitamins and minerals. This recipe is also easily customizable, you can use a variety of greens and sprouts to create your own unique flavor profile.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Rejuvelac
1 teaspoon dulse flakes
1 to 2 apples, coarsely chopped
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1/4 to 1/2 cup sunflower sprouts
1/4 to 1/2 cup buckwheat sprouts (optional)
1 avocado

 

Place all in a high  speed blender, till smooth.

Enjoy with  additional  sprouts or slice of avocado on top.
