Chocolate & Blackberry Almond, Hemp, Protein Frosty

This drink is delicious and protein rich  with a touch of sweetness from the dates and blackberries. This drink is so thick you can eat it with a spoon!

Ingredients:

2 C.  Homemade Almond Milk

1/4 C. Cooked Quinoa

4 Tbsp. Hemp Seeds

4 Medjool Dates, pitted

1/2 C. Blackberries (I used frozen as I had no fresh berries)

2 Tbsp. Cacao Powder

 

Put all ingredients in high speed blender and blend till smooth.

You can  chill in fridge and it will set up like a mousse or drink immediately.
