Chard, Kale & Apple Juice

Making a fresh green juice is a great way to get your daily dose of fruits and vegetables.

Ingredients:
1/2 cucumber
2 Granny Smith
1/2 lemon
2 stalks celery
1/2 bunch parsley
8 small kale leaves

 

I have a lot of mason jars in my house. I use them to store foods, serve desserts and even use them as drinking glasses.
