Poultry Seasoning

This recipe makes 1/2 cup of seasoning. This is a wonderful  gift, but be sure to make some for yourself.
3 Tbsp. Dried Thyme

2 Tbsp. Dried Marjoram

2 Tbsp. Dried Rosemary

1 Tbsp. Dried Sage

1 Tbsp. Dried Savory

2 tsp. Celery Seeds

1/2 tsp. Ground Allspice

1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano

1/4 tsp. Pepper

Whirl all ingredients in a blender or food processor until powdered. Use in poultry stuffing, gravies, sauces and stews.
