Fruit and Nut Cereal

In a rush for breakfast, but still want something nutritious? This  fiber rich  protein cereal is ready in just minutes, using items from your pantry.

 

Ingredients for one serving:

1 T. sprouted pumpkin seeds

1 T. sprouted sunflower seeds

1 T. sprouted buckwheat

1 tsp. hempseeds

1 tsp. flax

¼ tsp. chia seeds

6 chopped almonds

4 walnut halves, chopped

½ apple, chopped

Add all ingredients to bowl. Serve with your favorite milk. For non-dairy milk recipes click here.

 

Make Ahead Batch-Dry Ingredients Only

1/2 C. sprouted pumpkin seeds

2/3 C.  sprouted sunflower seeds

1/2 C. sprouted buckwheat

1/4 C. hempseeds

4 tsp. flax

2 tsp. chia seeds

1/2 C. chopped almonds

2/3 C. walnut halves, chopped

Place all ingredients in air tight jar and store in pantry.
