Ingredients for one serving:
1 T. sprouted pumpkin seeds
1 T. sprouted sunflower seeds
1 T. sprouted buckwheat
1 tsp. hempseeds
1 tsp. flax
¼ tsp. chia seeds
6 chopped almonds
4 walnut halves, chopped
½ apple, chopped
