Protein bites are one of my favorite snacks. I love how quick and easy these are to make and how versatile they are. Don’t be afraid to experiment with this recipe to create your own delicious version!
Ingredients:
1 C. Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 C. Raisins
1/4 C. Cacao powder
1 C. Gluten free oats
1/4 C. Sunflower Seeds
1/4 C. Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 C. Cacao nibs
1/4 C. Hemp Seeds
4 T. Coconut oil
Directions:
Place raisins, dates and cacao in food processor. Mix till ingredients are combined and crumbly.
Add in remaining ingredients and pulse till combined and the dough sticks together when pressed in between fingers.
Scoop into balls.
